“I have had sleep apnoea for as long as I can remember. Having purchased a Resmed machine many years ago, I struggled with using it as I could not get anyone to help me adapt to its usage successfully, so I gave up. Just last year I saw the new Resmed Mini advertised and thought it looked OK. I wanted to have another go at treating my problem, and its size and portability were a serious plus. Thankfully I bought the Mini at the Belgrave Community Pharmacy outlet of CPAP Network. Andrea, the sleep apnoea expert there was able to advise me on the type of mask to use, the settings needed, and loaded the app on my phone. This enabled me to see how successful the machine is on a nightly basis, and whether I needed any adjustments. Andrea was very patient with me. I am in my 70’s, computer semi-literate, although I needed help in setting it up. You certainly don’t need computer knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We all talk about the lack of service we experience in the retail world, but that certainly is not a problem here. I now wake up ready to take on the day, without dozing off halfway through the afternoon.
