All content available on or through the CPAP Network website or by communication with CPAP Network is provided for informational and promotional purposes only, and must not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Any decisions made as a result of visiting this site or in discussions with us should be acted or relied upon only after consultation with your doctor and/or sleep clinic.

If you create a customer account with us or we create one for you as part of a telephone order or an in-store visit, we will add your details to our periodic customer newsletters sent by mail and/or email.

If you no longer wish to subscribe to customer newsletters, there will always be an ‘unsubscribe’ link which will immediately remove you from any future newsletters.

If you wish to purchase an item from us, please make sure you read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated on our Shipping and Returns Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the CPAP Network website is based on your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.


This privacy policy covers CPAP Network’s treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are in our stores, or on our website, and when you use our services. This policy also applies to CPAP Network’s treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit stores or use our website pages. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. We may use this information for three general purposes: to customise the content you see, to fulfil your requests for certain services and information, and to contact you.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

  1. we have your consent to share the information;
  2. we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
  3. we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of CPAP Network to provide a product or service to you (unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us);
  4. we respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
  5. we find that your actions on our web sites violate the above terms of service, or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.


We ship all our CPAP and related products Australia-wide, as fast as possible. All orders $100 and over receive Free Shipping, otherwise there is a flat $10 charge for orders under $100.

Most items can also be picked up from any of our CPAP Network stores, located in Balwyn, Belgrave, Boronia, Heidelberg or Lilydale. Confirmation of stock availability is required prior to pick-up at any of these locations.

As per the recent online sales policies of the Australian Sleep Association and by CPAP manufacturers, all purchases of ResMed or Philips/Respironics CPAP Machines can only be made after face to face consultation with one of our Experienced CPAP consultants. CPAP machines will only be supplied upon receipt of a prescription from a medical practitioner. Please feel free to contact us to discuss you options further.


If you have a problem or need assistance with any item you have already purchased, please phone any of our CPAP Network stores for support from one of our trained CPAP technicians.

Refunds or replacement for faulty or damaged CPAP equipment will be applied when CPAP Network has been notified by phone or email detailing the nature of the fault or damage. All claims will be subject to assessment of the fault or damage by CPAP Network and/or the product’s manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. CPAP Network will assess the level of fault and/or damage upon receipt of the products and determine a suitable solution for replacement or refund.

With prior approval from one of the CPAP Network consultants, equipment purchases can be returned to CPAP Network, and a full refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Where the product has been unpackaged and/ or used there will be a 20% processing fee applied which will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Normal warranty is 2 years for CPAP units and 3 months for CPAP masks and accessories from date of purchase. Most manufacturers offer an optional extra 3 year warranty extension option at an additional cost.

All warranty repairs out of the warranty period will be processed subject to the goods being returned to CPAP Network at the purchaser’s expense. CPAP Network will supply a loan CPAP machine at no cost if the equipment was originally purchased from a CPAP Network store or via the CPAP Network website. Fees will apply for loan machines where a machine has not been initially purchased from a CPAP Network store or via the CPAP network website.
